Orator meaning "the one who pleads or argues for a cause". While the modern meaning is "the public speaker". The public speaker is the person who speaks in front of crowd. To be a good public speaker, we must have self-confident, full-motivated, and do not have stage fright. The ways to overcome the problems are:

As a politician, Caesar made use of popularise tactics. These achievements granted him unmatched military power and threatened to eclipse Pompey.

Bayon is the second largest temple after Angkor Wat. It is a well known khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia.

Bayon is the most popular angkor temple after angkor wat itself. It has many stone faces, making it unique and enigmatic experience. The jumble of face towers(faces peered at you from all corners and it's lips as puffy as Tina Turner's smile at you) a creates an illusion of mountains, which it was suppose to represent.




who was chou ta-kuan?

chou ta-kuan(a.k.a Chou Daguan) is a chinese diplomat who travelled to Angkor, the capital of
Khmer's empire as a part of an embassy. During his visit, he witnessed many of the scenes of daily life of the empire at the height of it's power. He then recorded his sights and his opinions on his return to China and a vission of his account is still available, althought difficult to find.

How did the Khmer cultivate rice?


The Khmer empire uses the Mekong river to irrigate and to cultivate rice. The anual monsoon

flooded the mekong river with the Cambodian Great lake(tonle sap) turning into a reservoir. Using impounded water techniques, Khmer engineer build an enormous system of artificial lake, cannals with long embarkment called "Baray" to control river system.
